Want to return your purchase? No problem! All orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to exchange a product, return the unwanted product to us and purchase the product you want. Once we receive the unwanted product in good condition, you will receive your money back.

The product must be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. You then have 7 days to return the product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The entire contents of the package must be returned.
The product must be returned in its original condition and must not be damaged or visibly used.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order quickly and easily by following these steps:

Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to infp@tailortun.store and request a return. Include the following information in your email:
Your order number (found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order).
The product(s) you wish to return.
Then fill out the return form you received from us. Print it out and attach it to your return request.
Return your order along with the return form. After the 30-day period has expired, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The customer is responsible for the product until we receive the returned product. Please keep the proof of shipment in case we do not receive the goods.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process it within 7 days. If the return has been processed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. The full purchase amount will then be refunded to your account within a few business days.
