Customers can cancel their order within 72 hours of placing it, free of charge. To cancel, please send an email with your order number to infp@tailortun.store

Cancellation during shipping
If an order is canceled during shipping, the following conditions apply:

Although we provide free shipping, if an order is canceled during shipping, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded after the shipment is returned or redirected.
