Delivery Policy

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If this is not the case, please write to us at infp@tailortun.store and we will clarify this for you. (Always check your spam folder first).


What is the current delivery time?

Once we have handed your shipment over to the most suitable delivery company, it takes an average of 7-12 business days to arrive at your home. (In some cases, there may be a delay in delivery.)

*NOTE: Tracking information may sometimes show that the shipment has not yet been received by the delivery company, even though it has already arrived. Due to high workload, it is not always possible to process all received packages in a timely manner. If the package is scanned, it will only show that it has been received, even if it arrived earlier.

My shipment is showing as delayed. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we rely on courier services, and due to their workload, they cannot always guarantee 100% delivery. We always make sure that your order leaves our warehouse as quickly as possible and finds its way to the courier.

We understand that this can be frustrating, but we do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. If you have not received your shipment within 12 business days of placing your order, please contact us. This way, we can clarify the status of your order.
